I missed class due to a sick child the day you discussed this assignmnet.
It sounds like a gret idea. I also had the idea of compiling all the stories into a magazine format. I don't know if or how we could do this. I have In Design software to design a magazine but I don't know if the college has somewhere we could print a project like this.
I just think it would be neat to see it published.
I was thinking of a film and website, which I will tell you more about tomorrow, but I really like your idea of making it into a magazine. I'll have to look into it and find out about cost.
Remember that on Tuesday September 18 at 12:30, Fred Fussell will speak to us about how to collect and transcribe oral narratives. We will meet in Woodall 121 -- the conference room near the writing center.

I am looking forward to the assignment. I think that it will broaden our experiences as students and help to unify the class as a whole....
